Insurance and Fees

We are credentialed with all insurance companies that offer Acupuncture coverage. We offer complimentary insurance verification during your Free Consultation or New Client Visit. We will inform you about your co-pay or coinsurance, deductible and number or $ amount of Acupuncture treatments on your plan.  Call to schedule an appointment.

Until receipt of payment this insurance verification is not a guarantee of coverage.

We monitor and coordinate your insurance benefits and authorizations and have our own billing specialists, minimizing the risk of large bills.

If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident (PIP Claim) or have a Worker’s Compensation injury, you may be able to see an Acupuncturist for treatments. Please call us to schedule a free consultation and we will find out for you!

Treatment Packages for Acupuncture

When clients without insurance coverage purchase multiple treatments at the same time they receive additional free treatments, a significant added value by reducing the treatments to $62-$71 per treatment.

Sliding Fee Scale and Financial Hardship

We have offered a Sliding Fee Scale and Financial Hardship treatments as long as we have been in business. It is part of our purpose to make these healing treatments available to as many people as possible.

Because we are providers for many different insurance companies, we are required to use standards based on income in order to offer discounts.

Our Sliding Fee Scale offers discounts to people whose Adjusted Gross Income (AGI), tax form 1040 on last year’s taxes is below $25,000 for one person, below $30,000 for two or more people. With our packages with additional free treatments the price per treatment is $62.25.

Under our Financial Hardship clause we offer regular Acupuncture treatments for $45 if the AGI on last year’s taxes is below $15,000 for one person, below $20,000 for two or more people or if the person did not have to file taxes.

We ask our clients to fill out our Financial Hardship Form and bring us a copy of the 1040 form of their tax return each year. We do not keep Social Security Numbers on file.

Happy Hour Acupuncture Treatments or Athletic Acupuncture Focus Treatments and Auriculo Therapy

Special 40 min focus treatments

designed to address stress, boost your energy, immune system and overall happiness or Relax- Refresh – Rejuvenate.

We have added our Acuriculo Therapy Consults (Ear Acupressure) to this same package.

$27.50 for one, $110 for five. This reduces the price per treatment to $22 each.
